What is The SMART Practice System?

The SMART Practice System is my proprietary five-phase patient acquisition framework for functional medicine, naturopathic, and integrative health practices. It covers the complete arc from offer strategy (SETUP) through authority building (SCALE), appointment automation (FLOW), sales warm-up (CLOSE), and patient retention (GROW). Practices buy it as a package — Essential, Growth, or Complete — rather than hourly services.

Why five phases instead of just SEO or just ads?

Generic marketing agencies sell one layer. The SMART Practice System recognizes that patient acquisition is a system — offer, authority, automation, sales, retention — and weakness in any phase breaks the whole thing. A practice with great SEO but no follow-up loses leads. A practice with great ads but a weak offer burns cash. All five phases work together.

Do you work with any medical practice or only functional medicine?

Only functional medicine, naturopathic, and integrative health practices. This is a niche decision, not a scale decision. The patient journey, trust requirements, content language, and competitive landscape are specific to functional medicine. I refer dentists, chiropractors, and general medical practices to other agencies.

What's the guarantee?

Every engagement carries the same guarantee: +10 new patients per month or you don't pay. If a practice doesn't see at least 10 new attributable patients within the first 90 days, monthly fees are refunded.

Which package should I start with?

If you have no marketing foundation or your current site isn't ranking, start with Essential (SETUP + SCALE). If you're already getting inbound interest but leads are slipping through follow-up, add FLOW (the Growth package). If your practice is mature and you want to systematize retention and upsells, go Complete. Most practices start with Essential and expand into Growth after 90 days.
