From enterprise software to functional medicine marketing.

2003

First line of production code

Started as a software engineer in enterprise consulting. The kind of work where one wrong query drops a production database for the rest of the day.

2015

$0 → $500M in four years

Solo developer on the architecture, then hired and led the team around it. The platform crossed half a billion in revenue inside four years.

2018

Functional medicine became personal

After years of conventional doctors shrugging at my own health issues — and watching my kids respond to root-cause care — functional medicine stopped being theoretical. It became the only thing I trusted.

2022

Built the first patient acquisition system

Built a custom SEO + funnel stack for one functional medicine practice. New patient calls went up 10x in a few months. That was the proof.

2024

Founded Health Biz Scale

Productized the system into The SMART Practice System — a five-phase framework (SETUP · SCALE · FLOW · CLOSE · GROW) built exclusively for functional, naturopathic, and integrative health practices.
