S — Site Infrastructure
Before a single blog post gets written, the technical foundation has to be right. Most practices I audit have broken schema, missing indexing directives, slow page loads, or mobile layouts that push patients away.
Phase S covers: technical SEO audits, schema markup (Person, Organization, Service, FAQ, LocalBusiness), proper indexing and crawl configuration, Core Web Vitals optimization, mobile UX, and site architecture.
